玻璃钢加筋管环刚度的有限元优化设计 被引量:3

摘要 玻璃钢加筋管是一种性能比较优良的管道结构,但其结构较一般光面管复杂,目前还没有很好的设计方法。通过分析环刚度的概念确定了玻璃钢加筋管环刚度的有限元计算方法,然后以优化设计理论和方法为基础,对有限元中的优化设计方法进行分析,研究应用有限元分析软件ANSYS对玻璃钢加筋管环刚度进行计算及优化设计的方法。首先由内压确定最小管壁厚度,然后在满足管道环刚度设计要求的条件下,通过对加筋间距、加筋环截面的高度两个变量进行优化设计,使玻璃钢加筋管结构重量最轻,以达到在满足安全性要求的前提下成本最少的目的,对玻璃钢加筋管的设计及其应用具有一定指导意义。 Glass fiber reinforced plastics ribbed pipe is a kind of excellent performance pipeline structure. Be- cause its structure is more complex than smooth surface pipe, there is no good way to design it. The finite element calculation method for ring stiffness of glass fiber reinforced plastics ribbed pipe was determined by analyzing the concept of ring stiffness. Then, on the basis of optimization design theory and method, the optimization design for glass fiber reinforced plastics ribbed pipe structure is studied based on finite element method by software ANSYS. First, the thickness of pipe is determined according to the internal pressure. Then, under the condition of meeting the ring stiffness design value, the design of the distance between two ribs and the height of rib cross section are op-timized in order to obtain the lightest weight. It has an important significance for the design and application of glass fiber reinforced plastics ribbed pipe.
