析党的“为民”思想的发展创新

An Analysis of Development and Innovation of CPC's“All-for-people”Thought

"为民"思想是党的群众路线的思想基础,在不同的时期,有不同的表述。毛泽东提出"全心全意为人民服务",邓小平倡导"共同富裕",江泽民主张"代表人民利益",胡锦涛坚持"以人为本",习近平指出"依靠人民实现中国梦"。虽然,党的历代领导在"为民"问题上的提法不同,但核心内容就是通过发展生产力、最大限度地满足人民群众物质和文化需求,实现最广大人民群众的根本利益,从根本上解决人民群众的基本生存、发展和权益,最大限度地调动广大人民群众的积极性,参加到中国特色社会主义建设之中,实现振兴中华、民族复兴的中国梦。

The ＂all-for-people＂ thought is the foundation of CPC＇s mass line. In different periods, it has different ex- pressions. MAO Ze-dong required us to serve the people whole-heartedly. DENG Xiao-ping advocated common prosperity. And JIANG Ze-min held that CPC is the representative of people＇s benefits. In HU Jin-tao＇ time, CPC put people in the first place. And now, XI Jin-ping has pointed out that we depend on people to bring Chinese dream into reality. Though different leaders of CPC have different expressions in terms of the ＂all-for-people＂ issue, their nucleus is that we strive to meet people＇ s demands for materials and culture through development of productive force, hence realize the fundamental interests of most people. Further, we have to be able to manage to solve the problem of people＇s existence, development rights and interests, arouse people＇s enthusiasm and get them into the socialist construction with Chinese character. In this way, we can bring the great Chinese dream of national rejuvenation into reality.
