摘要
在我国高校实行分类分层办学和各自争创一流的今天,地方本科院校正面临探索建构新的人才培养模式的极好机遇,但由于诸多原因,地方本科院校目前所建构的人才培养模式普遍存在有效性低的问题.因此,界定地方本科院校人才培养模式的有效性内涵及基本标准,不仅是一个理论问题,也是一个实践问题,它对于提高地方本科院校的人才培养质量和办学竞争力具有十分重要的现实意义。
In today's China, universities carry out the classified and multi-layered educational system in a race to get to the top. And the local undergraduate universities are facing a good opportunity to explore new personnel training modes. However, due to many causes, their personnel training modes have the problem of low effectiveness. Accordingly, it is both theo- retical and practical to define the connotation of effectiveness and fundamental standards of such modes. It is of great practical significance for the improvement of personnel training quality and competitiveness of local undergraduate universities.
