校地融合型图书馆运行绩效评价研究

通过分析校地融合型图书馆的绩效评价要素,从战略整合力、组织协调能力、服务水平、整体效益和用户满意度五个方面,构建了校地融合型图书馆运行绩效评价体系,同时阐述了其绩效评价方法,并提出关于校地融合型图书馆绩效评价的几点思考。

This paper analyzes the performance evaluation element of the joint-use libraries,and then constructs the performance evaluation system of the joint-use libraries from five aspects as the ability of strategic integrating, the ability of organizing and coordinating, the level of service, the overall efficiency and the reader＇s satisfied extent. The paper also expounds the methods of the performance evaluation, and finally pointed out some thinkings about the performance evaluation of the joint-use libraries.
