摘要
凤凰山铁矿东风井,成井至井深696 m时,工作面出现涌水,涌水量达到23.55m3/h。根据现场围岩揭露情况,提出"先支护,后注浆堵水"的施工方案。采用"短段掘支,增加壁厚,提高强度"的施工技术及防范措施,形成注浆耐压层,使得浆液充填体和围岩胶结,形成统一承载体、隔水墙,提高了围岩稳定性、完整性和隔水性。注浆加固结束后,涌水量降到了0.5m3/h以下,堵水效果明显。
Water gushing took place in working face,while the East Ventilating Shaft had been dug696 min Fenghuangshan Iron Mine,the outflow of water reached 23.55 m3/h.According to the circumstances of surrounding rock outcrop at the field,construction scheme of"former supporting,later grouting for water blocking"was put forward.The construction technology and preventive countermeasure of"driving and supporting for a short section,increasing the thickness and the strength of shaft wall"was applied,the grouting pressure-sustaining layer formed,grout filling body and surrounding rock bonded together,and form the unified carrying body and impermeable wall.The stability,completeness and impermeability of surrounding rock could be increased.After grouting reinforcement,the outflow of water reduced below 0.5m3/h,the water blocking effect was very obvious.
