高水材料添加粉煤灰充填料的试验研究

Experiment Study on High Water Material with Fly Ash Backfill Material

高水材料作为充填材料具有很多优点,只是成本较高。为降低成本,在高水净浆速凝固化材料中,添加了粉煤灰,制成充填料浆。通过对料浆各组分配比的细致研究和特效添加剂的使用,开发出了一种可用于采空区充填的新型料浆。这种料浆经过测试,具有泵送性能良好、固化时间短、硬度高、表面致密等特点,且成本低廉,非常适合有较高强度要求的采空区充填使用。

A high water material as a backfill material would have many advantages,but would be high in cost.In order to reduce the cost,a backfill grout could be prepared with the fly ash in the high water pure grout rapid setting material.With a fine study on the mixing ratio of each component in the grout and the application of the special function additive,a new material grout suitable for the backfill of the goaf was developed.With the test and measurement,the grout could have excellent pumping performances,short setting time,high hardness,surface densification and other features and the cost of the grout would be lower.The grout would be very suitable for the goaf backfill with high strength requirement.
