千米深井巷道支护失效机理及支护方案研究 被引量:1

摘要 为探讨千米深井巷道支护失效机理,解决巷道支护难题,对巨野矿区赵楼煤矿千米深井巷道——1304工作面轨道巷变形破坏规律进行了监测分析;在此基础上,采用有线差分软件FLAC3D,进行支护方案和参数优化;最后通过现场监测,对优化方案效果进行了验证。现场监测表明,优化方案现场支护效果良好,顶板沉降量比原支护方案减小30%以上,且经受住了回采考验,达到了预期目标。 In order to discuss the support failure mechanism of the mining gateway support in the deep mine with a depth of 1 000 m and to solve the support difficulty of the mine gateway ,a monitoring and analysis was conducted on the deformation and failure law of the railway gateway in No.1304 coal mining face of the deep mine with a depth of 1 000 m of Zhaolou Mine in Juye Mining Area.Based on the circumstances ,finite difference software FLAC3D was applied to optimize the support plan and pa-rameters. Finally with the site monitoring and measuring ,verification was conducted on the optimized plan effect. The site monitoring and measuring showed that the site support effect of the optimized plan was excellent and the convergence between the roof and floor was reduced over 30% than the pre-vious support plan. The mine gateway support was passed the mining operation and the estimated tar-get of the gateway support was reached.
