摘要 目的建立骨科专科护士核心能力评价指标体系。方法采用德尔菲法对我国重庆、北京、江苏等地21所三级甲等综合性医院35名专家进行3轮函询,确定骨科专科护士核心能力评价指标体系的各级指标和权重。结果最终确立的骨科专科护士核心能力评价指标包括4个一级指标、14个二级指标、72个三级指标。专家咨询的权威系数为0.833,熟悉程度系数为0.794,判断依据系数为0.872。一级、二级、三级指标的协调系数分别为0.390、0.324、0.308,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨科专科护士核心能力各级评价指标专家意见集中,研究结果客观、科学,为骨科专科护士的培养、考核和评价提供了可量化的依据。 Objective To establish core competence evaluation index system of orthopaedic specialized nurse.Methods Altogether 35 experts from ClassⅢ GradeⅠhospital in Chongqing,Beijing,Jiangshu were consulted by a three-round delphi survey,and finally established the core competence evaluation index system of orthopaedic and the weight of each index.Results The core competence evaluation indexes of orthopaedic specialized nurse included 4first class indexes,14 second class indexes and 72 third class indexes.The expert authority coefficient was 0.833,the familiar coefficient was 0.794,the determination coefficient was 0.872,The coordination coefficient of primary and secondary and third indicators were 0.390,0.324,0.308,respectively,and there were statistically significant differences(P〈0.05).Conclusion The expert opinions for the core competence evaluation indexes are consistent,the results are objective and scientific.It can provide quantitative standards for training,examining and evaluation of orthopaedic specialized nurse.
