摘要 建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定砂岩中多种元素含量的方法。用7mL氢氟酸、2mL硝酸、1mL高氯酸溶解样品,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法同时测定砂岩中的钙、镁、钾、钠、铝、铁、锰、钛含量,通过计算杂质的总量,用差减法计算得到二氧化硅含量,即得到砂岩的全分析结果。各元素在检测范围内,线性关系良好,线性相关系数不低于0.9999。用该方法对砂岩标准物质(GBW03112)进行分析,各元素测定结果的相对标准偏差在0.01%~1.32%(n=12)之间,相对误差在±7%之内,方法的检出限为0.0009~0.09mg/L。该方法的精密度、准确度满足地质样品分析规范要求。 The method for the determination of impurity in the sandstone by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry was established. The sample was dissolved with 7 mL hydrofluoric acid, 2 mL nitric acid and 1 mL perchloric acid, then calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, aluminum, iron, manganese and titanium were determined with inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. The total amount of impurities was calculated, the content of silicon dioxide was calculated by difference subtraction method, and then the full analysis results of the sandstone was obtained. The good linearity was obtained for each detection element in the analysis range, the correlation coefficient was more than 0.999 9. The sample of reference material was detected by the method, the relative standard deviations of detection results were in the range of 0.01%-1.32% (n=12), the relative errors were within + 7%, and the detection limits were 0.000 9-0.09 mg/L. The precision and accuracy of the method can meet the requirement of analytical criteria.
