摘要 建立波长色散X荧光光谱法测定硫精矿中硫元素的含量。将样品研磨成粒径为75μm粉末,压片压力设置为30 t,保压时间20 s。方法测定硫元素的检出限为3.05μg/g。用该法对10个硫精矿样品中的硫元素进行测定,测定结果与传统化学分析法测定结果相一致,同一样品测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.42%(n=11)。该方法简便、准确,可用于硫精矿中硫元素的快速分析。 The method for determination of sulphur in sulphur concentrate by wavelenth dispersion X-ray fluorescence spectrometry was established. The sample was grinded into powder which diameter at 75μm, compression force was 30 t and holding time was 20 s. The detection limit of the method was 3.05μg / g. The method was used to detect ten sulphur concentrate samples, and the detection results were consistent with those detected by chemical analysis method. The relative standard deviation of sample determination results was 0.42%(n=11). The method is simple, fast, which is suitable for the quick analysis of sulfur in sulfur concentrate.
