摘要
目的建立原子吸收光谱法测定牛蒡、马兰、还阳参茎、还阳参根4种中药材中铅和铜含量。方法采用微波消解,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定4种中药材中铅和铜含量。结果方法线性关系良好,相关系数r>0.999;回收率为99.12%-101.06%和93.92%-102.70%。结论该法快速、干扰少、精密度高,能满足中药材中重金属含量的测定。
Objective: To develop atomic absorption spectrometry( AAS) method for determination of lead( Pb),copper( Cu) in four Chinese medicines( Arctium lappa,Kalimeris indica,Crepis rigescens stem,Crepis rigescens root). Method: After microwave digestion sample Pb,Cu were directly determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry( GF- AAS). Results: All calibrationcurves showed good inearity( r 〉0. 999) with in test ranges. The Recovery was between 93. 92%- 102. 70%. Conclusion: This method is rapidity anti- interference and sensitivity. It can be used for quality control of heavy metals in Chinese medicines.
