肝细胞癌患者血清中CD31表达水平及其对肿瘤细胞侵袭及增殖的影响

Expression of CD31 in the serum of hepatocellular carcinoma patients and the effects of cancer cell migration and proliferation

目的探讨肝细胞癌(HCC)患者血清CD31表达水平以及对肝癌细胞侵袭和增殖影响。方法选取该院45例HCC患者为研究组,45例同期体检的健康人群为对照组,ELISA检测肝癌患者血清CD31表达水平;采用小分子干扰RNA(si RNA)抑制肝癌细胞中CD31的表达,transwell法观察CD31对肝癌细胞侵袭的影响,CCK-8(Cell Counting Kit-8)法检测肝癌细胞增殖的变化。结果 CD31在肝癌患者血清中的表达水平显著高于正常健康人群,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);抑制肝癌细胞中CD31的表达后,肝癌细胞的侵袭和增殖能力显著下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CD31在肝癌患者血清中高表达,并可增强肝癌细胞的侵袭和增殖能力。

[ Objective ] To investigate the expression of CD31 in the serum of HCC patients and the effects of cancer cell migration and proliferation. [Methods] 45 cases of HCC patients in our hospital as the study group, 40 healthy volunteers were used as control group, we used ELISA to detect the expression of CD31 in the serum of HCC patients. Using small interfering RNA （siRNA） to inhibit the expression of CD31 in hepatocellular carcinoma, the level of cancer cell migration was observed by transwell and the level of cell proliferation was observed by CCK-8. [ Results ] the expression of CD31 in the serum of HCC patients was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; After the expression of CD31 was suppressed in hepatocellular carcinoma, the levels of cancer cell migration and proliferation were significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. [ Conclusion ] the expression of CD31 in the Serum of HCC patients is increased, and may elevate the levels of cancer cell migration and proliferation.
