摘要
目的分析电子支气管镜下介入冷冻治疗联合全身化疗对晚期肺癌患者生存时间以及血清学指标的影响。方法选择2011年7月-2012年7月在该院接受住院治疗的晚期肺癌患者86例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将所有入组患者分为观察组(43例)接受电子支气管镜下介入冷冻治疗联合全身化疗,对照组(43例)接受单纯全身化疗,比较两组患者的血清肿瘤标记物水平、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)含量、T细胞亚群水平及生存时间等差异。结果 1观察组患者接受治疗后血清CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1及CA199等肿瘤标志物水平均明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05);2观察组患者接受治疗后血清MMP-2、MMP-9及CD8+水平低于对照组,CD4+和CD4+/CD8+水平高于对照组(P<0.05);3观察组患者接受治疗后1年生存率高于对照组,平均生存期及中位生存时间明显长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电子支气管镜下介入冷冻治疗联合全身化疗可以有效降低晚期肺癌患者血清肿瘤指标及血管生成因子水平,提升全身免疫功能及生存时间。
[ Objective ] To observe the influence factors of advanced lung cancer patients with endobronchial tu- berculosis treated by endoscopic interventional and systemic chemotherapy on survival time and serological indicator. [Methods] 86 cases of advanced lung cancer patients from July 2011 to July 2012 in our hospital, according to stochastic indicator method divided into observation group (43 cases) received endobronchial tuberculosis treated by endoscopic interventional and systemic chemotherapy, control group (43 cases) received pure systemic chemotherapy, compared serum tumor markers, MMP, content and level of T cell subgroup, survival time. [ Results ] Observation group patients" serum CEA, CA199, NSE, CYFRA21-1 levels were significantly lower than control group patients (P 〈 0.05); Observation group patients" serum levels of MMP-2, MMP-9, CD8^+ levels were lower than control group, CD4^+, CD4^+/CD8^+ levels were higher than control group (P 〈 0.05); Observation group patients" 1 year survival rate was higher than control group after treatment, average survival period and the median survival time were significantly longer than control group (P 〈 0.05). [ Conclusion ] Endoscopic interventional treatment combined with systemic chemotherapy can effectively reduce advanced lung cancer patients" angiogenesis factor levels and serum tumor marker, improve body immune function and survival time.
