在农业科技成果奖励工作中推行“无纸化”的探索

Exploration of Paperless Work Mode in the Award of Agricultural Science and Technology Achievements

随着信息技术的不断发展,"无纸化"办公已经受到较多的关注,在此背景下,作者提出了在农业科技成果奖励工作中推行高度信息化的"无纸化"工作模式的设想,并阐述了奖励工作"无纸化"的重要意义。最后分析了推行"无纸化"可能面临的问题并提出对应的建议,为目前采取相对传统方式开展科技成果奖励工作的设奖单位引入信息化改革提供参考。

With the development of information technology, paperless office system has drawn more attention.Under this background, the authors proposed the idea of implementing the highly informative paperless workmode in the award of agricultural science and technology achievements, and expounded the significance ofpaperless work mode in the award of scientific and technology achievements. At last, the authors analyzed theproblems that might be faced in the implementation of paperless work mode and put forward the correspondingsuggestions. This paper could provide reference for those units which would reform the traditional way ofworking.
