摘要 为实现硼泥中镁元素的资源化利用,采用碱熔氨浸联合法从硼泥中提取Mg(OH)2。研究了不同的氢氧化钠与硼泥质量比,焙烧时间与焙烧温度对镁转化率的影响,不同氯化铵用量、浸出时间和浸出温度对镁溶出率的影响,不同氨水用量对镁离子沉淀率的影响。结果表明:当氢氧化钠与硼泥质量比为3∶1,在340℃条件下焙烧30 min时,硼泥中镁的转化率达到96%;镁的溶出率随氯化铵用量的增加、浸出温度的升高和浸出时间的延长而增加;镁离子的沉淀率随氨水用量的增加先增加后减少。 To utilize magnesium from boron mud, combined with the use of alkali fusion ammonia dissolving extraction Mg(OH)2 from boron mud. Studying different mass ratio of sodium hydroxide and boron mud, roasting time and roasting temperature influence on the conversion rate of magnesium, different amount of ammonium chloride, dissolving time and temperature on the dissolution rate of the magnesium and different amount of ammonia influence on the precipitation rate of magnesium ions.Experiments show that when sodium hydroxide and boron mud mass ratio of 3∶1, calcined at 340 ℃ for 30 min, the conversion rate of magnesium reached 96%, dissolution rate of the magnesium increases with the amount of ammonia chloride, the rise of dissolving temperature and time, magnesium ion precipitation rate increased with the increase of the amount of ammonia increased first and then decreased.
