海泡石负载Ag_3PO_4可见光催化降解日落黄性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 以离子置换法制备了Ag3PO4/海泡石复合光催化剂,通过XRD和FTIR对其结构进行了表征,考察了Ag3PO4与海泡石配比、催化剂投加量、反应时间、溶液p H值、光照条件等因素对催化剂降解日落黄染料性能的影响。结果表明,Ag3PO4/海泡石中Ag3PO4为立方晶相结构,部分Ag3PO4进入了海泡石层间与海泡石复合,并促使其层间距增大。海泡石对Ag3PO4的负载提高了Ag3PO4的稳定性和光催化活性,当Ag3PO4与海泡石配比为1∶1,Ag3PO4/海泡石投加量为2 g/L,溶液p H值为9,在可见光或太阳光下反应2 h后,该催化剂对50 mg/L的日落黄染料降解率分别达97.16%和97.79%。此外,该催化剂还具有良好的再生性能。 Ag3PO4/sepiolite composite photocatalysts were prepared by ion replacement method. The structure of the samples was characterized by XRD and FTIR. And the effects of the mass ratio of Ag3PO4 and sepiolite, catalyst dosage, reaction time, p H value of the solution, and illumination conditions on the photocatalytic performance were investigated with photocatalytic degradation of sunset yellow dye wastewater as the probe reaction. The results show that the cubic structure Ag3PO4 was formed in the photocatalyst, and the distance of crystal face of sepiolite was increased because of the permeating of Ag3PO4. At the same time, the stability and photocatalytic activity of Ag3PO4 were improved by loading sepiolite. When the mass ratio of Ag3PO4 and sepiolite is 1∶1, initial concentration of sunset yellow is 50 mg/L, the catalyst dosage is 2 g/L, p H value of the solution is 9, illumination lasted 2 h in visible light or sunlight, the degradation rate of the wastewater can reach up to 97.16% or 97.79%, respectively. Besides, the composite photocatalyst have a good regenerability.
