肿瘤病机阴阳辨

Yin-Yang Differentiation of Tumor Pathogenesis

目前中医学对肿瘤病因的认识仍局限于外感六淫、饮食劳倦、内伤情志等方面,对其病机的解释也以气滞、血瘀、痰阻、湿聚、邪毒、正虚等为主,基本沿袭了传统中医学"积聚"类疾病的病机理论,无法解释肿瘤无限增殖的本质特征。以病灶局部与全身整体相结合进行阴阳辨证,阐述肿瘤发生、发展过程,认为阴阳交感失序是肿瘤病灶结构、功能低级化的原因,阴阳气机失调是病理产物形成的关键。探讨肿瘤逆转的可能性,为阴阳理论下的肿瘤治疗提供新思路。

The understanding of tumor etiology in Chinese medicine is limited to six climatic external pathogens,improper diet,overstrain,and internal damage emotions,etc. Pathogenesis interpretation is mainly Qi stagnation,blood stasis,obstruction by phlegm,dampness-retention,toxin,weakened body resistance,etc. This understanding basically follows the pathogenesis theory ＂accumulation diseases＂in traditional Chinese medicine and cannot explain the essential characteristics of tumor unlimited growth. This paper discusses the process of tumor occurrence and development by Yin-Yang differentiation combining local focus with whole body. The authors hold that disorder of interaction of Yin-Yang is the reason of low grade tendency of tumor focus structure and function. Yin-Yang disorder of Qi movement is the key of pathological product formation. This paper explores the possibility of tumor reverse and provides new thinking for treating tumor with Yin-Yang theory.
