从传统文化视角谈慢性肝病治疗中的相反相成思想

Discussing “Be both Opposite and Complementary” Thought in Treatment of Chronic Liver Disease from the Aspect of Traditional Chinese Culture

目前中医药研究领域存在片面将中医学视为"唯文化""唯科学"或科学与文化简单混合的三个误区,从而在临床用药思路和科研设计方面造成问题。认为传统文化与中医学相反相成,二者应结合研究,才能相互促进,相得益彰。试从相反相成这一文化视角对慢性肝病治疗组方的影响进行探索,从哲学、美学和生活三个方面对相反相成思想进行阐述,并对慢性肝病治疗中运用阴阳互根、升降相因、寒热互制、补泻兼施四个方面进行探讨。

At present,there are three misunderstandings in Chinese medicine research field,which include improperly recognizing Chinese medicine as ＂only culture＂,＂only science＂and ＂simple combination of science and culture＂. These result in problems in clinical medication thought and scientific research design. The authors hold that traditional medicine and Chinese medicine interact with each other,and should be researched together to bring out the best into each other. This article explores the influence of ＂be both opposite and complementary＂thought on chronic liver disease composing prescriptions in three aspects： philosophy,aesthetics and life. This article also discusses the chronic liver disease treatment from four aspects： interdependence between Yin and Yang,reciprocal causation of Qi ascending and descending,mutual control of heat and coldness,as well as tonification and purgation in combination.
