金针联合药物治疗气虚血瘀证突发性耳聋36例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Golden Needle Combined with Medicine in Treating 36 Cases of Sudden Deafness of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome

目的观察金针针刺联合药物治疗气虚血瘀证突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法 72例气虚血瘀证突发性耳聋患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例,两组均在药物治疗的基础上分别用金针和不锈钢针补法针刺听宫、外关、足三里、百会、四神聪、天枢、中脘穴,每日1次,连续治疗12天。在治疗前后测定两组患者听力并观察临床症状,评价临床疗效、中医证候疗效及安全性。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率为86.11%,对照组总有效率为22.22%;治疗组中医证候疗效总有效率为86.11%,对照组总有效率为22.22%,治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者耳鸣、耳闷塞感、听力受损情况比较,治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论金针针刺联合药物治疗气虚血瘀证突发性耳聋优于不锈钢针,可显著改善听力及临床症状。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture using golden needle in treating sudden deafness of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Methods Randomly divided 72 cases of patients with sudden deafness of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome into the treatment group and the control group,with 36 cases in each. In the treatment group and the control group,in addition to medical treatment,used golden needle acupuncture and stainless steel needle acupuncture with reinforcing method respectively. The points included Tinggong（ SI19）,Waiguan（ SJ5）,Zusanli（ ST36）,Baihui（ GV20）,Sishencong（ EX-HN1）,Tianshu（ S25）,Zhongwan（ CV12） etc. Both groups were both acupunctured once per day and treated for 12 days. Examined audition and observed clinical symptoms before and after treatment. Evaluated the clinical curative effect,the Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect and the safety. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 86. 11%,while that of the control group was 22. 22%. The total Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect in the treatment group was 86. 11%,while that of the control group was 22. 22%. The differences between the two groups had statistical significance（ P〈 0. 05）,and the curative effect in the treatment group was all superior to that of the control group. The differences of tinnitus,stuffy feeling and auditory loss in the two groups after treatment all had statistical significance（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Acupuncture with gold needle have more benefits on treatment of sudden deafness of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome than with stainless steel needle. It could improve audition and clinical symptoms effectively.
