代谢综合征痰浊郁阻证患者的血清代谢组学特征 被引量:7

Serum Metabonomics Characteristics of Metabolic Syndrome Patients of Turbid Phlegm Stagnation Type

摘要 目的寻找代谢综合征痰浊郁阻证患者内源性代谢物,探讨代谢综合征痰浊郁阻证血清代谢组学特征。方法收集代谢综合征患者324例,随机抽取代谢综合征痰浊郁阻证、非痰浊郁阻证患者血清样本各20例,并以健康志愿者8例为对照,运用液相色谱-质谱联用技术,检测并分离各组血清相关代谢物,采用主成分分析与偏最小二乘法判别分析进行数据处理,寻找差异性代谢产物。结果经代谢组学技术检测,代谢综合征血清相关代谢物有鞘氨醇、45-脱氢二十二碳六烯酸、尿酸等23种。代谢综合征痰浊郁阻证血清相关代谢物有磷脂(20∶4)、棕榈酰左旋肉碱、黄嘌呤、磷脂(18∶3)等27种。结论代谢综合征痰浊郁阻证和非痰浊郁阻证患者血清的代谢物存在差异,代谢综合征痰浊郁阻证血清相关代谢物27种。 Objective To find endogenous metabolites of metabolic syndrome( MS) patients of turbid phlegm stagnation type and to explore the serum metabonomics characteristics of MS turbid phlegm stagnation syndrome.Methods Totally 324 MS patients were collected. Serum samples of MS turbid phlegm stagnation type and non MS turbid phlegm stagnation type were randomly extracted( 20 cases of each syndrome). Eight healthy volunteers were for control. Detect and separate serum related metabolites of three groups by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology. Make data processing adopting principal component analysis and partial least squares discriminant analysis. Find differential metabolites. Results Detected by metabonomics technologies,MS serum related metabolites included 23 types,such as sphingosine,4 5 docosahexaenoic acid,uric acid. MS turbid phlegm stagnation syndrome serum related metabolites included 27 types,such as phospholipid( 20 ∶ 4),palmitoyl L-carnitine,xanthine,phospholipid( 18 ∶ 3). Conclusion There was difference between MS turbid phlegm stagnation type and non MS turbid phlegm stagnation type patients' serum metabolites. MS turbid phlegm stagnation type serum related metabolites included 27 types.
