线粒体自噬在缺血再灌注损伤中作用的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 线粒体是细胞内进行生物氧化和能量转换的主要场所,提供细胞生命活动80%的能量。同时,它也是细胞凋亡的调控中心以及活性氧产生的主要场所。外界环境中的毒性物质和化学药物都有可能损伤线粒体,因此及时的清除异常、老化、功能障碍的线粒体对维持细胞稳态至关重要。细胞通过选择性自噬清除损伤或不需要的线粒体的过程称为线粒体自噬。
