天然气锅炉房烟气余热深度回收工程案例 被引量:30

摘要 提出基于直燃型吸收式热泵和直接接触式换热器的烟气余热回收技术,阐述其基本原理,对1台29 MW的燃气锅炉利用该技术进行供热改造并进行工程实测。接触式换热器的排烟温度降至27.4℃,在供暖期平均回收烟气余热为2.67 MW,燃气锅炉平均供热效率提高值为11.54%,NO_x减排率为10.48%,凝结水量为3.11 t/h,达到了节能减排的效果。 The flue-gas waste heat recovery technology based on direct-fired absorption heat pump and direct contact heat exchanger is put forward, and its basic principle is described. A 29 MW gas boiler has been reformed by the technology and tested. The exhaust gas temperature of the direct contact heat exchanger has reduced to 27.4℃, the mean recovered gas waste heat is 2.67 MW, the mean heating efficiency increases by 11.54%, the NOx reduction rate is 10.48%, and the amount of condensation water is 3. 11 t/h in the heating season, it has reached the effect of energy saving and emission reduction.
