摘要
根据国内现行规范,对大管径直埋热水管道的强度条件、稳定条件进行阐述,对直埋管道壁厚的计算和选择进行探讨。应选择根据3种壁厚计算公式(通用壁厚计算式、基于刚度的壁厚计算式、局部屈曲壁厚计算式)计算得到的壁厚的最大值。基于刚度的壁厚计算式、局部屈曲壁厚计算式中的壁厚应为工作管最小壁厚,而非公称壁厚。
According to the current codes at home and abroad, the strength and stability conditions of directly buried hot water pipeline with large diameter are described. The selection of wall thickness calculation of directly buried pipeline is discussed. The maximum value of the calculated wall thickness should be chosen according to the three kinds of wall thickness calculation formula including the generic wall thickness calculation formula, the wall thickness calculation formula based on the stiffness and the local buckling wall thickness calculation formula. The wall thickness in the wall thickness calculation formuta based on the stiffness and the wall thickness calculation formula based on the local buckling should be the minimum wall thickness of working pipe, rather than the nominal wall thickness.
