摘要
介绍直接作用式燃气调压器存在的问题和Y系列调压器的工作原理。基于AMESim软件完成系统建模、参数输入、仿真和分析,验证仿真模型的正确性。通过仿真分析,对Y系列调压器的主弹簧刚度和杠杆比进行优化,研究非变刚度弹簧和变刚度弹簧对压力-流量特性和稳定性的影响。
The existing issues of direct acting gas regulator and the working principle of Y series reg- ulators are introduced. System modeling, parameter input, simulation and analysis are completed based on AMESim simulation software, and the correctness of simulation model is validated. The stiffness of main spring and lever ratio of Y series regulators are optimized by simulation analysis, and the influence of nonvariable stiffness spring and variable stiffness spring on pressure-flow characteristics and stability is studied.
