某城市污水处理厂采用两段式污泥热干化工艺，将含固率为25％的脱水污泥处理至含固率为70％～90％。两段式污泥热干化工艺主要包括热干化单元、湿污泥接收单元、加热单元、干污泥输送和储存卸料单元、臭气处理单元等五个单元。作为全球两段式干化工艺中单线产量最大的应用实例，其设计思路及特点值得参考。

The two-step sludge thermal drying process has been used in a sewage treatment plant. The solid content of dewatered sludge is treated from 25% to 70% -90%. The two-step sludge thermal drying process consists of five main parts： thermal drying unit, wet sludge reception unit, heating unit, discharge and handling unit of dried sludge and odor treatment unit. This is an application of the largest single production line with two-step drying process globally, and its design idea and characteristics have a great meaning for the construction of domestic similar projects.
