摘要
采用水解酸化/强化脱碳好氧工艺处理1,4-丁二醇生产废水,运行结果表明,该工艺处理效果良好,二沉池出水中主要污染物指标达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的二级标准。经深度处理后出水中主要污染物指标达到《黄河流域(陕西段)污水综合排放标准》(DB61/224—2011)中的一级标准。该工程运行成本和处理成本分别为3.75、4.62元/m3。
Hydrolytic acidification/enhanced decarburization aerobic process was used to treat 1, 4-butanediol production wastewater. The running results showed that the process treatment effect was good. The main pollutant indexes in the effluent from the secondary sedimentation tank met the second class criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978 - 1996). After the advanced treatment, the main pollutant indexes in the effluent met the first grade standards of the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard in Yellow River Basin (Shaanxi Section) (DB 61/224 -2011 ). The running cost and treatment cost were 3.75 yuan/m^3 and 4.26 yuan/m^3 respectively.
