摘要
兰州机车公司联合解体检修车间产生大量高碱性含油含磷废水,其原有处理设备陈旧老化,出水若进入厂区污水站会严重危害生化处理。采用调节/隔油沉淀/加药气浮/化学除磷/酸碱中和处理工艺进行改进。2014年改造后处理设施出水石油类为48 mg/L、总磷为15 mg/L、p H值为7.9,达到厂区污水站纳管要求。
Wastewater discharged from locomotive repair shop of CNR Lanzhou Locomotive Co. Ltd. contains pollutants including alkalinity, oil and phosphorus. The original treatment facilities were dated and aged, from which the effluent could severely damage the biochemical treatment tank if it en- tered the factory wastewater treatment station. Therefore, the facilities were required to be transformed. After the transformation in 2014, the oil-containing wastewater was treated by equalization tank/oil separation and sedimentation/air flotation with chemicals/chemical phosphorus removal/acid-base neutralization technology. The oils, TP and pH in the effluent from the treatment facilities were 48 mg/L, 15 mg/ L and 7.9, which met the receiving requirements of the factory wastewater treatment station.
