摘要
阳离子类脂是近年来一类发展较快的非病毒类载体。阳离子类脂主要由疏水尾部、连接键和带氨基的亲水头部组成。疏水尾部、连接键和带氨基亲水头部的不同对阳离子类脂基因转染效率具有很大的影响。文中通过检索大量国内外新型阳离子类脂的相关文献,从阳离子类脂的结构组成和助类脂等对基因转染效率的影响因素进行综述,并展望了新型阳离子类脂的前景。
The cationic lipid is a rapidly developing non-viral vector in recent years. Cationic lipid is mainly composed of hydrophobic tails, join keys and hydrophilic head with ammonia. The difference in hydrophobic tail, join keys and the hydrophilic head with ammonia has a great influence on the efficiency of cationic lipid gene transfection. By retrieving domestic and oversea literature related to new type cationic liposome, we reviewed the factors impacting efficiency of lipid gene transfection, such as structural composition of cationic lipid, helper lipids and so on. The prospect of new type cationic liposomes was also proposed.
