广西桂北喀斯特地区野生毛葡萄种质资源初步评价

Primary Assessment of Vitis quinquangularis Germplasm Resources in Northern Guangxi Karst District

为评价筛选出优良的野生毛葡萄种质资源,以38份广西桂北地区野生毛葡萄种质资源作为材料,调查、分析其叶片、枝条、果穗及浆果等生物学性状及农艺性状,并根据各性状对这些种质资源进行分类。结果表明:广西桂北地区野生毛葡萄的种质资源之间的生物学性状及农艺性状存在着广泛差异,其遗传多样性丰富。通过对各性状进行比较,从中筛选得到4份具有穗大、可溶性固形物含量高等优良性状的资源,将为高产优质的毛葡萄新品种选育提供基础。

To evaluate and select excellent germplasm agronomic characters （such as leaf, branch, clusters quinquangularis germplasm resources which are native resources of Vitis quinquangularis, the biological and and berries, etc.） were investigated in the 38 Vitis to northern Guangxi karst district. The results showed that, there were widely differences in biological and agronomic characters and high polymorphism among germplasm resources. After comparing and selecting, 4 resources with excellent traits （such as large clusters, high soluble solid content, etc.） were gained. The study could provide the basis for breeding new Vitis quinquangularis variety with high yield and fine quality.
