2014年陕西“秋淋”天气过程分析

摘要 为深入研究陕西"秋淋"天气的形成机制,为此类天气的预报和决策服务提供参考,本研究利用陕西省自动站降水资料和美国国家环境预测中心提供的NCEP/NCAR再分析资料,对2014年9月7—17日陕西秋淋天气的环流形势及物理量特征进行分析。结果表明:陕西"秋淋"期间500 h Pa极涡和西太平洋副高较历年同期明显偏强;长时间副高外围西南暖湿气流输送和西行台风为"秋淋"提供了充足的水汽条件和有利的气候背景;同时,物理量场分析表明:此次"秋淋"过程中一直有高湿区的维持和水汽辐合区的存在,垂直速度负值大值区及其抵达的高度对降水落区和降水量的预报有一定的指示作用。 The paper aims to further study the formation mechanism of autumn rains in Shaanxi and provide references for forecast of autumn rains and decision making. Based on the daily precipitation data of automatic meteorological stations in Shaanxi and NCEP/NCAR reanalysis data, the authors analyzed the atmospheric general circulation and physical features of autumn rains from September 7 to 17 in 2014 in Shaanxi. The results indicated that the 500 hPa polar vortex and the western Pacific subtropical high were strong during autumn rains in Shaanxi Province. The continuous southwest warm moist air of peripheral subtropical high transmission provided ample moisture conditions and westbound typhoon was a favorable climate background. The analysis of physical characters showed that the persistent high humidity and water vapor convergence provided favorable conditions for autumn rains. Large negative value area of the vertical velocity had some significance for precipitation area and precipitation forecast.
