摘要
利用正交实验设计研究雪灵芝中多糖的最佳提取条件,考察了温度、浸提时间、浸提次数和固液比对实验的影响。运用苯酚-硫酸法测量多糖的含量。并利用方差分析确定了雪灵芝中多糖的最佳提取条件为:在固液比为1∶80,提取温度为90℃,提取时间为180 min,乙醇浓度95%时,多糖提取率为0.38%。
The optimum extraction conditions of polysaccharides from Areneria Kensuensis Marim were studied with orthogonal experiment, the effects of temperature, extraction time, extraction times and solid to liquid ratio on the experiment were discussed. The content of polysaccharides was determined by the method of phenol-sulfuric acid. And by using analysis of variance to determine the optimum extraction conditions of polysaccharides from Arenaria Kensuensis were as below: the solid-liquid ratio of 1 : 8, the extraction temperature was 90 ℃ for 180 min, 95 % ethanol concentration, the polysaccharide extraction yield of 0.38 %.
