摘要
文章着重介绍了氨-硫酸铵法提纯次氧化锌的工艺,经过一系列的试验对比,实验出了提纯次氧化锌的最佳实验条件为:提纯剂浓氨水∶硫酸铵(200 g/L)=5∶7,提纯剂的体积为12 m L,提纯反应温度为60~70℃,反应时间为12 min。在该实验最佳条件下的锌提纯率达到了96.18%,砷的残余量为0.001%,铁的残余量为0,达到了理想的效果。
The paper introduces the method of ammonia-ammonium sulfate for purification of zinc oxide, after a series of experimental comparison and the optimum experimental conditions were found as follows: concentrated ammonia water : ammonium sulfate (200 g/L)=5 : 7 as purifying agent and the volume was 12 mL, reaction temperature was 60-70 ℃, reaction time was 12 rain. Under this optimum condition the zinc purification rate reached 96.18 %, the residual amount of arsenic was 0.001%, the residual amount of iron was 0. It achieved a satisfactory effect.
