Research Progress on the Photoelectric Properties of Iron Oxide

摘要 文章主要对氧化铁的光电性能研究进展的回顾。首先对氧化铁进行简介并总结了氧化铁的制备方法;接着回顾了氧化铁在太阳能电池和光电化学电池中的应用;最后总结了氧化铁应用中存在的问题并提出展望。 In the paper, we reviewed the progress of the study on the photoelectric properties of iron oxide. Firstly, the properties of iron oxide were introduced and the preparation methods of iron oxide were summarized; then the applications of iron oxide in solar ceils and photovoltaic cells were reviewed; in the end, the problems in the application of iron oxide were summarized and the prospect was put forward.
