摘要
高血压即使没有症状,也往往合并有多种危险因素和靶器官损伤。而靶器官损伤越多,其心脑血管事件的风险越大。高血压患者的治疗方案取决于其同时伴随的危险因素和靶器官损伤的部位和数量。因此在诊断高血压的同时应调查其危险因素及做必要的辅助检查,评估其靶器官的功能状态,使患者得到合理的治疗,及早预防并发症的发生。
Objective Hypertension,even without symptoms,is often associated with multiple risk factors and target organ damage.The more target organ damage,the more risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events.The treatment of hypertension patients depends on the risk factors,the location and quantity of target organ damage.Therefore,in the diagnosis of hypertension,risk factors should be in mind at the same time and necessary auxiliary examination,assessment of the functional status of its target organs should be pevformed,so that patients can get reasonable treatment,early prevention of complications.
