摘要
文章参考国家标准GB/T 5009.11-2003第一法,采用原子荧光光度计进行定大米中重金属元素砷的含量分析。结果表明,消解定容后的静置时间对测量数值有明显的影响。分别使用已知元素砷含量为0.11 mg/kg的大米试样进行测量,从数据中发现,定溶后0分钟到30分钟,测量得到数值快速变化;30分钟后到2小时,数值缓慢增大;2小时后,数值趋于稳定,变化幅度为0.001 mg/kg。说明在砷的含量测量中,试样在定溶后静置4小时或以上,能得到稳定、准确、可信的测量结果,并可广泛用于大米中的重金属砷的含量分析。
By using the atomic fluorescence spectrometer to analyze the contents of arsenic in rice with the GB/T 5009.11-2003 of the national standards, the results show that the static time of the dissolution of the solution has a significant effect on the measured values. The rice samples with known arsenic content of 0.11 mg/kg were measured, and the data were found to be 0 minutes to 15 minutes, and the numerical value was quickly changed. And the numerical value was slow to increase in 30 minutes later to 2 hours. After 2 hours, the value was stable, and the variation range of numerical value was 0.001 mg/kg. In the arsenic content measurement, the sample was dissolved in 4 hours or more, can be stable, accurate and reliable measurement results, and can be widely used in analysis the content of arsenic in rice.
