摘要
利用氟离子选择性电极,通过工作曲线法分别对本地区地下水和自来水中微量的氟进行测定。测得本地区地下水中、自来水中氟离子含量分别为0.14 mg/L、0.12 mg/L。讨论了TISAB缓冲液及搅拌机响应时间对测定结果的影响。该法操作简单,方法可靠。
In the experiment, the working curve method is used to determine the fluoric content of the groundwater and running water by the fluorin ion selective electrode. The corresponding experimental results: the fluorin ion content of groundwater is 0.14 mg/L, and the fluorine ion content in the running water are 0.12 mg/L; the average recovery of standard addition is 91.29 %-99.99 %. And in the present paper the determination influences including different electrodes, TISAB buffer and mixer response time are discussed. And the operation of the method is simple and reliable.
