摘要
建立了单柱阴离子色谱测定PM2.5中磷酸盐的方法,并对实际膜样进行了测定。磷酸盐浓度在0.1~4.0 mg/L范围内与峰面积线性回归相关系数0.9993,检出限为0.02 mg/L,保留时间和峰面积相对标准偏差分别为0.14%和0.92%,回收率为85.9%~93.4%。
A method for the determination of phosphate in PM2.5 samples by using ion chromatography was established. Linear correlation coefficient was 0.9993. The limits of detection were 0.02 mg/L. The relative standard deviation of retention time and peak area were 0.14 % and 0.92 %. The recoveries of eight phthalic acid esters were 85.9 %-93.4%.
