摘要
以30%H2O2作为绿色氧源,用钨酸钠和草酸作为催化体系,催化氧化环己烯合成己二酸。考查了反应物配比,催化体系用量及配比和反应时间对己二酸产率的影响。结果表明:当钨酸钠∶环己烯∶30%过氧化氢的摩尔比为1∶17∶67,在一定温度下回流反应2 h,反应产率而已达到41.5%;且该实验体系操作简便,无污染,符合绿色化学理念,适用于学生实验教学的开展。
Adipic acid is synthesized by sodium tungstate and oxalic acid catalyzed oxidation cyclohexene with 30 % hydrogen peroxide as green source of oxygen. The effects of reactantraio, the dosage and molar ratio of catalyst and raction time are investigated. The results show when the mole ratio of sodium tungstate : cyclohexene : hydrogen peroxide equals 1 : 17 : 67, the isolated yield of adipic acid can reach 41.5 % under such temperature in 2 h. And the process has many advantages such as simple operation and no pollution. Itcan promote the development of experimental teaching with the idea of green chemistry.
