摘要
针对《工程材料》实验教学存在的教学内容涵盖面不全及教学内容难以激发学生的学习兴趣两个主要问题,从金属的结晶和热处理两个方面的内容着手对《工程材料》实验教学内容进行了改进。通过金属的结晶过程模拟观察实验解决了实验内容的涵盖面不全的问题,而弹簧的热处理实验激发了学生的兴趣,极大提高了热处理实验教学的效果。
Experimental teaching of 《Engineering Materials》 exists two major problems that incomplete coverage of course content and teaching contents being difficult to stimulate students’ interest in learning, experimental content of 《Engineering Materials》 has been improved from two aspects of metals' crystallization and heat treatment. By observing the crystallization process in simulation experiment to solve the problem of incomplete coverage of course content, and the heat treatment experiment aroused students' interest, which greatly enhancing the effectiveness of experimental teaching.
