基于“产学研”的安全工程应用型人才培养研究

Study on Safety Engineering Applied Talents Cultivation of University-industry Cooperation

现行的安全工程研究生培养模式存在一些弊端,培养出的毕业生的就业能力存在诸多不足,包括职业目标不明确、专业能力不足、实践动手能力差等,不能够适应社会发展对应用型人才的需求。文章分析"产学研"合作对研究生就业能力培养的作用,提出以"就业"为导向的"产学研"应用型人才培养模式,旨在提升安全工程研究生的就业能力,对培养安全工程应用型人才具有一定的指导意义。

There are some drawbacks about current safety engineering graduate training mode, there are many shortcomings on cultivate employability of graduates, including fuzzy career goals, lack of professional ability, poor practical ability, can not meet the social development needs of applied talents. The paper analyzes the role of university-industry cooperation on graduate employability training, brings applied talents training mode of university-industry cooperation, designed to enhance the employability of safety engineering graduate, it has a certain significance of safety engineering application talents cultivation.
