摘要
为探明硒在柿树不同部位中的分布特征,以便为柿树的开发利用提供重要参考。采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定了柿树不同部位中的硒含量。研究表明,柿树不同部位中的硒分布特征为:叶(337μg?kg)>皮(241μg/kg)>根(221μg?kg)>蒂(153μg?Kg)。分析认为,柿叶硒含量较高,可以对其进行开发利用。
In order to investigate the distribution characteristics of selenium in different parts of diospyros kaki thunb., so as to provide an important reference for the development and utilization of diospyros kaki thunb. The content of selenium in different parts of diospyros kaki thunb. Was analyzed by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The result showed he distribution of selenium in different parts of diospyros kaki thunb, was as follows: leaf (337 μg/kg)〉bark (241 μg/kg)〉 root (221 μg/kg)〉 pedicle (153 μg/kg).Our analysis believe that the leaf can be developed and utilized.
