含甘草黄酮有效成分的防晒霜制备工艺的研究

Study of the Rich in Active Ingredients Licorice Flavoring Sunscreen

目的研制以甘草黄酮提取液为主要功效成分的防晒霜。方法采用复合酶提取法用80%乙醇和水混合溶剂为提取液提取甘草中的有效防晒成分,大孔树脂吸附纯化甘草总黄酮,薄层层析甘鉴定甘草黄酮,最后将所得甘草提取液浓缩应用于基质膏霜中。结果采用O/W型乳剂配方,制得含有甘草黄酮有效成分的防晒霜。结论该霜剂处方设计合理、制备工艺简单、性质稳定,且质量可控。

Purpose To study licorice flavoring essence extract as the main efficacy composition of sunscreen. Methods To join with composite enzyme extraction with 80 % ethanol and water mixed solvent for the extraction of extract of licorice effective sunscreen ingredients, using macro-porous resin to purify licorice and Thin Layer Chromatography to identify licorice. Result the liquidator essence extract was applied to substrate cream made contains of active ingredients of licorice flavoring sunscreen with using O/W emulsion formula. Conclusion The cream of prescription design is reasonable, the preparation technology is simple, stable and nature.
