摘要
本研究主要采用纳米贝壳粉为新型补强剂,通过选择不同表面改性剂对纳米贝壳粉进行表面改性后与天然胶乳通过共混制备天然橡胶/纳米贝壳粉复合材料,同时对天然橡胶/贝壳粉复合材料微观结构进行了表征与分析,并研究了不同用量的纳米贝壳粉对复合材料力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,纳米贝壳粉经表面改性后能在天然橡胶基体中均匀分散,提高了天然橡胶材料的力学性能,当纳米贝壳粉含量为10%时,复合材料具有最高的拉伸强度,为29.72 Mpa。
In the study, nano shell powder was used as a new type of reinforcing agent. First, nano shell powder was modified by different modifier, and then modified nanometer shell powder was mixed with natural latex rubber to prepare natural rubber/ nanometer shell powder composite. At the same time+ the microstructure of natural rubber/nanometer shell powder composite was characterized and analyzed. The influence on the mechanical properties of natural rubber/nanometer shell powder composite by different dosage of nanometer shell powder was also studied. The results showed that the nanometer shell powder can be evenly dispersed in rubber matrix after surface modification, and it can effectively improve the mechanical properties of natural rubber. The best mechanical property with 29.72 Mpa.s of tensile strength can be obtained when the dosage of nano shell powder was 10.0 %.
