摘要
以大肠杆菌为指示菌,采用牛津杯法对单一和复方中草药提取物的抑菌效果进行研究,结果表明:芙蓉醇提物、橄榄水提液、黄芩水提物、飞杨草醇提物、飞扬草水提物抑菌效果明显,在实验提取条件下,MIC分别为:0.39 mg/m L,0.98 mg/m L,2.59 mg/m L,170 mg/m L,340 mg/m L。
The Oxford cup method is adopted to single and compound Chinese herbal extracts to study the inhibition effect ofE. coli. The results showed that the lotus alcohol extract, olive water extract, scutellaria baicalensis alcohol extract, hairy euphorbia alcohol and water extract of bacteriostatic effect is obvious. Under the experimental condition, the MIC is respectively: 0.39 mg/mL, 0.98 mg/mL, 2.59 mg/mL, 170 mg/mL, 340 mg/mL.
