Synthesis, Structure and Characterization of a Co(II) Complex: [Co(L)_2(PSA)]·NO_3

通过水热方法合成得到了一个新的钴(II)配合物[Co(L)2(PSA)]·NO3(H2PSA=苯基丁二酸,L=2-(2-氯-6-氟苯基)-1H-咪唑[4,5-f][1,10]邻菲罗啉),并对该配合物进行了元素分析和单晶X–射线表征。该配合物属于三斜晶系,空间群P-1,晶胞参数a=10.592(2),b=12.020(2),c=17.871(4)?,α=99.83(3),β=99.88(3),γ=92.81(3)o,V=2201.4(8)?3,Z=2,C48H28Co N9O7F2Cl2,Mr=1010.62,Dc=1.525 g/cm3,F(000)=1028,μ(Mo Ka)=4.416 mm-1,R=0.0732和w R=0.2067。配合物中,钴(II)离子与来自2个L配体分子上的4个N原子,2个来自苯基丁二酸上的O原子配位,形成了畸变的八面体配位几何构型。

A Co（Ⅱ） complex, namely, [Co（L）2（PSA）]·NO3, （ H2PSA=Phenylsuccinic acid and L 2-（2-chloro-6- fluorophenyl）-1H-imidazo[4,5-/][1, 10]-phenanthroline） has been synthesized under hydrothermal condition and characterized by elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P-I with a=10.592（2）, b=12.020（2）, c=17.871（4）A, α=99.83（3）, β=99.88（3）, γ=9,.81（3）, V=2201.4（8）A3, Z=2, C48H28CoNqOTF2C12, Mr=1010.62, D=1.525 g/cm3, F（000）=1028, μ（MoKa）=4.416 mm-1, R=0.0732 and wR=0.2067. In the complex, Co（Ⅱ） atom is six-coordinate with a distorted octahedral geometry and involves four nitrogen atoms from two L ligands, two oxygen atoms from one PSA anion.
