摘要 研究了氨气敏电极测定炼油废水中氨氮的含量,比较了工作曲线法与标准加入法的优缺点,试验了总离子强度缓冲液、干扰离子、加入法中标准溶液的浓度等对结果的影响。结果表明:S^2-、Fe^3+、Ca^2+、Mg^2+、Cl^-、油类等浓度低于100 mg/L时不干扰测定、总离子强度缓冲液加入量为5毫升、加入法中标准溶液氨氮浓度约为被测液中氨氮浓度100倍时,方法的检出限为0.07 mg/L、相对标准偏差在2.02%~3.36%之间、相对误差则在0.90%~3.8%之间、回收率在116%~92.0%之间。方法具有操作简单、分析时间短、成本低等特点,适合于多水样的分析测定。 Determination of ammonia nitrogen in Refinery Wastewater by ammonia gas sensitive electrode, the advantages and disadvantages of the working curve method and standard addition method were compared, and the effect of the concentration of the standard solution in the total ionic strength buffer, interfering ion, and adding method was tested. Results show that S^2-、Fe^3+、Ca^2+、Mg^2+、Cl^-, oil and other concentration was less than 100 mg/L did not interfere with the determination, the amount of total ionic strength buffer for 5 mL, join in standard solution of ammonia nitrogen concentration is about by liquid ammonia concentration 100 times when. The detection limit was 0.07 mg/L, relative standard deviation was between 3.36 % and 2.02 %, the relative error was between 0.90 % -3.8 % and the recovery rate was between 92 % and 116. Method has the advantages of simple operation, short analysis time and low cost, and is suitable for the analysis and determination of many water samples.
