Training of high quality applied undergraduate students is one of the most important missions in our modern vocational education. In the paper, the practice of training of applied undergraduate students of Lingtung University in Taiwan has been introduced, including their localization of running a school, the management of the school students and teaching, etc. The practice and education ideas merit our reference and study in changing to the application-oriented technology education.
