市场生态位视角下创新扩散的影响因素研究

Influence factors of innovation diffusion from the perspective of market niches

摘要 技术创新扩散是企业和产业形成核心竞争力从而发挥经济和社会作用的重要一环。引入战略生态位管理理论,从市场接受度、技术态势和保护撤销度3个维度,构建了创新扩散的多元线性回归模型,并对相关影响因素进行了实证分析。研究结果表明:技术态势对创新扩散的积极推动作用最显著;技术提供的良好服务和技术的便捷性有利于创新扩散;而研发人员的转岗及外部保护的撤销则不利于3G技术的扩散。 Innovation diffusion is an important step for enterprise and industry to form the core competence in order to produce the economic and social function. This article brought the concept of strategic niche management (SNM) to analyze influence factors of innovation diffusion, named market acceptance degree, technology status and protec- tion revocation, and constructed a multiple linear regression model of innovation diffusion. The empirical results in- dicate that technology status is the most important in the process of diffusion; good service and convenience provid- ed by technology are positive to innovation diffusion; transferring R&D personnel and cancelling external protection are not beneficial to the diffusion of 3G technology.
