摘要
介绍一种坑道钻进用雾化发生器,主要将清水或添加表面活性剂的水生成50μm的微细雾粒,通过雾化腔组件运送到松软煤层钻进的孔底,从而实现孔内捕尘、孔口除尘、冷却钻具、防燃的目的,适用于中风压雾化钻进工艺。这是一种全新的结构紧凑,操作简单、使用方便的煤矿井下用的雾化发生器。
This paper introduces a tunnel drilling with atomizing generator,mainly adding water or surface active agent of water generated 50 microns of micro fog particles,by atomizing chamber components to the soft coal seam drilling hole bottom,so as to realize hole dust catcher,orifice dust removal,cooling drilling tool and the flameproof,applicable to the secondary wind pressure atomized drilling technology. This is a new kind of compact structure,simple operation,and easy to use atomization device in the coal mine drilling.
