摘要
为了揭示煤岩体动态力学性能,基于一维应力波理论,结合计算机技术、信号采集及滤波技术、新型传感器技术,研制了霍普金森压杆实验设备。霍普金森压杆实验设备主要包括4部分,电磁阀控制的动力系统,由子弹、输入杆、输出杆和吸收杆等组成的压杆系统,由子弹速度测试系统、输出杆和输入杆应变采集系统及数据处理分析等组成的测量记录系统,SHPB处理软件。利用该实验设备对煤试样的动态力学特性进行了测试,测试结果良好。
In order to reveal the mechanism of coal or rock,based on one-dimensional stress wave theory,by using of computer technology,signal acquisition and filtering technology,new sensor technology,large diameter SHPB experimental device was developed,the Hopkinson pressure bar experimental equipment mainly consists of four parts,power system controlled by solenoid valve,the pressure rod system composing bullet,input rod,output rod and absorbing rod,record system that including the bullet speed test system,output rod and the input bar strain acquisition system and data processing analysis,SHPB software. The dynamic mechanical properties of coal and rock are tested by experimental device,the results were good.
